Letting Go

Letting Go For therapists, counselors, chaplains, ministers, priests, crisis workers, child abuse workers and others in the helping professions as well as caring individuals who take on the problems of others. Letting Go was originally created for personal use in 1990 as a way to deal with personal burn-out experienced from treating hundreds of victims of child abuse, rape, domestic violence, family members of a loved one who had died violently and the job-related trauma of law enforcement officers, rescue workers, fire fighters, paramedics, combat soldiers and medical personnel. Listening to Letting Go has become a regular component of self care. Letting Go was first recorded professionally in 1994, after Jim Horn, an FBI agent responsible for initiating the FBI’s Peer Support Program, requested a way to help FBI employees reduce job-related trauma. This is the forth revision and improvement. Available as a CD or mp3 file; all with alternating audio stimulation. Designed to be listened to repeatedly
